Description

Since the dawn of time, Noobs on Roblox have been tormented by other players. We have been bullied, called ugly, and much, much more.. The Council of Noobs had enough, and formed, "The Noob Empire". Our goal is to destroy all of those who have bullied us, make the empire bigger, and take over Roblox to show the noob's dominance! Rules: -Dress up as a noob. You don't always have to wear the outfit, but if you participating in an event, we ask that you wear a noob outfit. -For your outfit, please add an accessory so we could tell who is who. -Please respect your fellow noobs, we are all family in this empire.. -Don't take this too seriously! This is all in good fun! :)
