Description
Contrary to popular belief, EC is a vital department in the functionality of the SCP Foundation. EC make sure Class-D are being used correctly and not being used in an abusive or unethical way. The EC keeps the Foundation in line and make sure it doesn't devolve into a depravity of human rights.
