Description

Step into the legacy of the medieval Kingdom of Jerusalem, one of the most powerful and influential Crusader states established after the First Crusade in 1099. This group is dedicated to exploring the history, culture, warfare, faith, and political intrigue that shaped the Latin East. From the coronation of Godfrey of Bouillon to the dramatic struggles against Saladin, we dive into the battles, leaders, knights, and alliances that defined an era. Discussions may include the reign of Baldwin IV of Jerusalem, the fall of Jerusalem in 1187, the rise of military orders like the Knights Templar, and the final stand at Acre in 1291.

Growth

3 measurements spanning 63 days, net -3. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 31–34 and does not start at zero.
