Cаscadia State Courts #580918050
Description
The Cascadia State Courts were established in 1885 to create a unified judicial system across the state. Originally a small network of district and circuit courts, the system expanded through the early 20th century as Cascadia’s population and legal needs grew. Mid-century reforms standardized procedures, strengthened oversight, and formalized the appellate structure, leading to today’s system of municipal courts, county superior courts, the Court of Appeals, and the Cascadia Supreme Court. Together, the Cascadia State Courts administer justice, interpret state law, and uphold the rights of residents throughout the state.
