Description
Aureus Momentum Accord — Operational Rules The Accord operates on momentum law. Luck is generated through decisive action, coordination, and speed. Members are expected to act without hesitation once orders are issued. Delay breaks momentum and weakens the unit. Command authority flows downward and is absolute during operations. Orders may not be questioned in the field; review occurs only after missions conclude. Only designated command ranks may issue directives that affect multiple units. Units move as one. Independent action is permitted only when it preserves momentum or prevents loss of initiative. Reckless behavior that endangers structure is considered a breach of Accord law. Respect of rank is mandatory. Advancement is earned through reliability, discipline, and successful execution, not seniority or noise. The Accord does not rely on chance. Momentum is created. Fortune follows.
