The agency first started after many unneeded termination of anomalies by the Global Occult Coalition. The group believes anomalies are very special and we cannot risk losing them. EXPERSTATIVE does not engage in hostile activity unless it's for the benefit of an anomalies. The agency usually works with the foundation to achieve it's goals, but that's not always the case.
