【"Honor through tradition."】 A division of the State Highway Patrol [SHP], the Honor Guard was an idea to have an official drill & ceremony team on standby for events. The Superintendent responded to this idea to have them organize themselves as an unofficial division then perform a ceremony with the Superintendent present, to which they overshot their expectations.
