Rank system If you are not at the rank you should be, send me a pm telling me what rank you should be. Top hats DO NOT have to have the word top hat in the name. Double Tops- You must have a limited and regular top hat. Top Hat Master- You must have 5+ Top Hats,including one that is no longer onsale.
