Description
During the Early 2050's A Japanese man using a old fishing boat smuggled himself out of Japan, he traveled to Mexico, then continued his way. He then settled in Lake Mxead and Bought a pre war ship. He decided to Declare his Ship. (Now Docked Near the Bridge) an Independent Republic using a Democratic-Socialist Government to enforce laws on this large vessel. (Please Keep in note that this Un-Approved Militia has no fully controlled area, only controlling the boat.)
