Greetings people of the wasteland this is the New California Republic if you want to be a citizen just ask a fellow New California Republic trooper for more information, but if you wish to enlist you will be tested and trained to be a private in the army if you are enlisted you shall enforce the laws of the republic and bring law, order, and justice to the wasteland. However. if you are a citizen or trooper abide by these laws that shall stand in the republic and be enforced as stated below. There will be no chems or drinks among the ranks. No citizen shall freely hold out their weaponry unless they have a permit. Finally, no man, woman, or child shall be a servant to anyone if you see any activity related to this, report it to any nearby NCRA trooper immediately.
