Description
The Training and Education Command (TECOM) is responsible for training, educating and developing newcomers of the United States Marine Corps. TECOM designs and updates and ensures that soldiers are prepared to face more to come inside of the USMC. Overall, the Training and Education Command develops the army's future concepts, recruits, soldiers and sharpens their knowledge across various of levels. To enroll inside of the Training and Education Command and become a fully fledged Drill Instructor, you will need to pass a Training and Education Command tryout hosted by a Drill Instructor. TECOM contains of phases and one final examination to assess your knowledge as a Instructor. Once you have completed TECOM, you will be enrolled into TECOM as a Drill Instructor.
