The state was formally recognized as part of the Commonwealth of Columbia on 1 September 1779 following the successful rebellion against the Crown of Etravia for independence. The state is organized into the County of Bayport, County of Windmere, County of Hawthorne, and County of Ashford. The state capital is seated in the City of Seabright within the County of Windmere.
