EST 2020 The Noobian Council is the council of The Noobian Empire. —————————————————RULES—————————————————————— No giving out information to other groups No giving out information to lower members without asking a Vice President+ first No abusing admin in any sort of way unless told to It’s fine if you don’t attend every council meeting but at least try to attend a few, If you attend no meeting your chance of being ranked up is low ————————————————-WHAT THE COUNCIL DOES————————————————— The council shall mainly vote on decisions for the Empire, but also May help with events, programs, etc.
