Description

The Kai Empire is organization ran by myself, Supreme_Kai80. The games we are affiliated with are Dragon Ball Online Revelations and Dragon Ball Online Generations. You must be at Level 10 to be a Low-Class Warrior, 30 to Middle-Class Warrior, and Level 50 to be an Elite-Class Warrior. Super Elite-Class Warriors need a Level of 100, Commander-Class Warriors need a Level of 150, Major-Class Warriors need a Level of 210, Lieutenant-Class Warriors need a Level of 311, and General-Class Warriors need a Level of 400.
