This is the training corporation for RVA. This group allows members to rank up easilier if they have shown how good they are. If you havent graduated then attend a training and if you get 10+ points you will get graduated. If you are graduated you get 5 more points in trainings. Trainers train people to become a higher rank and if theyre not graduated then they become graduated.
