Lost Pioneers #5939255
Description
In 1877, Jeb Rawley and his wagon party became stranded in the Superstition Mountains in Southwest Arizona. His band of mostly eastern working men turned to petty banditry, murder, kidnapping, and infrequent hold ups in the Arizona desert. Some say whispers in the wind drove he and his party to the brink of madness - others allege thereafter that Rawley and his band became savages of the worst kind. Rawley disappeared without a trace in mid 1887, with some alleging that he had been killed in Bisbee for the murder of a young miner.
