Description
After the Foundation of WORAC (Workers Reactionary Party) on April 14th, it was necessary for the People's Council to create a Vanguard capable of protecting Senior Party members and events. Now with a Vanguard-Militant, the Reactionary-Movement for a new Imperial Japan can begin with a well-armed Militia, capable of fighting off Opposition and Enemies of the State.
