This is the first american army and russian army united. Once I raise enough money, or if a nice person donates me, I will make some more ranks. Yes, I will put the training base on 1 game. It will not be on 2 seperate games. If you want to be promoted, there is no: HEY I WANT PROMO OR IM QUITTING. Honestly, I dont care if you are a jerk or noob. I only want nice, eager to battle for America and/or Russian. Yeah, after that the russian and american ranks are the same. Sargent,blah blah blah,etc.
