Description
In order to properly defend itself and its allies. The Leaders of the NGC unanimously agreed to create a fighting force large enough, and well equipped enough to fend off the many threats that have begun to bear down upon them, as the galaxy can be an unforgiving place. The NGCM acts as a Quick Reaction Force to defend the planets of the NGC in the case they can not defend themselves. It is in no way an offensive force. All members of NGCM must be citizens of a planet within the NGC.
