Description
The purpose of the Officer Academy is to train BA personnel to either be an officer and know the example of leadership or be an instructor to host for future officers in the British Army. They supervise the officer and correct their mistakes. You must join this group and pass all the phases to become an officer in the BA group. From there you can choose to stay a officer or become an instructor to host for officers.
