To rank up, you have to acquire one of the following roles: Knight, Squire, Hitman, Tank, Bowmen. You can apply for those by letting Supervisors know on the group wall. They will have an interview and a training with you, to see if you're worthy of your role. After that, you can get verified by a HR to rank up once again. This will happen automatically, you don't need to ask for verification. To become Elite, you must prove to be one of the best Mortem players around to a HR. This is a Mortem Metallum Group.
