■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Originally a sub-sect of Catholicism in the Middle Ages that had a fascination with the occult. Specifically, blood sorcery which would form as a corner stone of the faith right up until the 8th occult war which would turn them into a footnote in history for a long time. During these dark days for the faith, they became more and more zealous until The Prophet of the faith intercepted something, an interloper in reality, a cosmic cancer, and a blight that needed to be corrected. This would both nearly cause a complete collapse in the faith but said prophet reorganized and restructured the faith around the complete erasure of this 'blight.' Originally what started off as hush whispers and converts turned into regiments and battalions being converted. Before long they grew to a religious military that while were only connected by the pocket dimensions and logistical lines they formed would end with it becoming a major player ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
