Description

After months of neutrality, the Kingdom of Italy enters the Great War against Austria-Hungary. Along the rugged peaks of the Alps and the banks of the Isonzo River, Italian soldiers wage a desperate struggle to secure Italy's unredeemed lands and fulfill the dream of national unity. What begins as a war of movement soon descends into brutal trench warfare. Artillery, machine guns, disease, and harsh mountain conditions claim countless lives as both sides fight for every hill, trench, and village. Enlist in the Royal Italian Army, serve the King, and write your name into history. Per il Re e per la Patria!

Growth

2 measurements spanning 41 days, net -1. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 13–14 and does not start at zero.
