Description
PRIDE OF PANEM The Treaty of Treason was a peace settlement imposed by the Capitol following the Dark Days, the failed rebellion in which thirteen of Panem's districts rose up against the central government. With District 13 destroyed and the remaining twelve districts subjugated, the Capitol enacted the treaty as both punishment and a means of control. Its provisions dismantled local district autonomy, restricted district citizen rights, and most infamously established the annual Hunger Games, to serve as a permanent reminder of the Capitol's authority and the consequences of defiance Image However history has changed? With the treaty becomes a promise from the capitol they will bring all the mentors from past years not just one to help there tributes during the games.
