Treat everyone with absolute respect and love. If things get out of hand, your fellow Roaches can help. if they didn't respond, and they are threatening you or making you personally upset, you can be brutal. ( try to be the least brutal that you can ). for: take care of yourself! the Roaches lob you and care about you, and you should love your self! having low self-esteem means having trouble standing up for yourself, and believing what mean people say about you. loving yourself is like mental defense!
