The 2nd Commando Regiment, like the the 1st Commando Regiment is a Special forces unit in the Australian Military, 2nd Commando's are Full time, 1st Commando's are Reserves. 1st Commando's was founded in 1981, 2nd Commando Regiment was founded in 2009. 1st Commando is also part of Special Operations Command, just like 2nd Commando Regiment.
