Description
Special Containment Procedures Foundation [ Secure. Contain. Protect. ] ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The Department of External Affairs (DEA) is responsible for many of the outside operations that fall under our Foundation's title. The goal of the DEA is to maintain good relations and reputations with other SCP Foundations and Group of Interests. Members of the DEA are to be the most respected, experienced, and involved personnel found in our Foundation. The well-being of our Foundation depends on how we choose to maintain these valuable relations and how we handle Foundation-wide issues. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Founded by CaptainCanadiann
