Description
The 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗛𝗗) is the premier ceremonial command responsible for the execution of Canada’s highest state, royal, and vice-regal military duties. The Household Division provides unified oversight of Canada’s ceremonial guard regiments, preserving drill, dress, protocol, and historic military customs rooted in Commonwealth tradition. It coordinates national parades, sovereign escorts, honour guards, investitures, and official commemorations of national significance. The Household Division represents the symbolic authority and heritage continuity of the Crown’s military presence, offering members a distinguished role in upholding Canada’s ceremonial identity and legacy.
