Founded by Makarov, the RUE is a peaceful community built on the values of unity, cooperation, and understanding. Unlike many groups that thrive on conflict, the Emporium’s mission is to prevent battles rather than start them. Its members work together to resolve disputes, strengthen friendships, and create a welcoming environment for all. While it draws inspiration from culture, the RUE has no affiliation with the actual RU military or government. It stands as an independent, community-driven organization focused solely on peacekeeping, collaboration, and fostering a sense of belonging.
