The Umbrella Security Service (U.S.S.) is an elite, top-secret black ops unit of the Umbrella Corporation in Resident Evil, tasked with protecting company assets, retrieving research, and handling bioweapons. Unlike the mercenary U.B.C.S., the U.S.S. are highly trained specialists, famous for the 1998 Raccoon City G-Virus recovery mission led by HUNK.
