Description

Given the vastness of the various different cells present around the globe, the Chaos Insurgency requires a set of guidelines, expected behaviors, acceptable sacrifices, and many more unsaid rules and regulations. These rules and regulations must be established in order to yield the maximum effect of the objectives the Chaos Insurgency has. This is the purpose of Regulatory Affairs. The Regulatory Affairs branch of the Chaos Insurgency is not to be underestimated, for they create legislation, orders, documentation, and then enforces the aforementioned documents through various means.
