πππππππ The Vlandian Kingdom is ruled by King Derthert in the westerly forests and coastal plains of Calradia. The kingdom favors the strategy of mounted knights with couched lances and men of the crossbow to win the day. Founded by Wilund the Bold, the Vlandians originated from a manner of barbarian tribes in the lands of Battania. With the united Calradic Empire beset by warfare on all its territories, the Vlandians offered their service as mercenaries in exchange for fiefdoms.
