The Internal Affairs Bureau serves to investigate allegations of officer misconduct whilst simultaneously working to create trust and remove any dissonances in public perceptions and police practices. Bureau members facilitate efforts to open lines of inquiry and work in collaboration with CPD High Command members to delegate appropriate punishments.
