Hello! thank you so much for joining my group! i made this group after my little sister , she passed away many years ago with a really rare condition. her ashes were with us she passed away very young. we miss her everyday but this group is meant to show support and to bring awareness to many people with incurable conditions. Hope i get to know you and ill talk to you soon :) have a good day
