Yes, there is O. They decide what is safe or not. It is a very essential and important function. However, we are the ones who advise O. about what to approve and what not to do. You did terrible and cruel things while working for the Foundation ― Don't deny it, Doctor. While we all worked for the Foundation, we did terrible and cruel things. This is one of the inevitable consequences of working with ???. And sometimes you might have thought we were open quotes and closed quotes. Well… We are not. Because there is an ethics committee. This is your first lesson. Do you understand? Remember this. Foundation is not evil. We don't torture people "just so". We oppose useless cruelty. That means someone has to decide when cruelty is needed. And that someone is us. Don't tremble. is very important that you remember this. This is your second lesson.
