To apply you must send in an application to Naruto302, as well as have a staff position within another U.S. Military (to ensure quality; much like Professors conducting research). Tactical Officers are either Army Captains or Majors, and Tactical NCOs could be Staff Sergeant through Master Sergeant within this group.
