This is the governing body of AA and all of the AA Provinces. We are here to make sure the AA Provinces run smoothly and to declare war or make peace. We will not exile anyone without a majority vote so we are fair. NOTE: REDDARKMAGIC IS ALSO A COUNCILMAN EVEN THOUGH HE IS CHIEF OF SCIENCE!
