Description

This group houses all essential staff members of GRP. GRP follows a departmental system, and the functions of each department are as follows Development - Houses the developers alongside moderators volunteering to the department. Moderators assigned here help with QA testing and idea sourcing. Community Relations - Handles contests, events, social media, collects ideas, news letter, manages vendor website, partnered communities and trusted advertisers. Operations - Oversees general day-to-day activities of the Group Recruiting Plaza and provides an oversight of the community to the administration team. Operations Staff moderators promote members, recommend new observers/moderators for hire, take disciplinary action against staff that do not adhere to our standards, and occasionally create documents. Developer Relations - In charge of relations between the staff and the developers of the community. Includes asset exchange services, development contests, and developer roles.
