Description
The State of Ventura Executive Protective Service is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of high-ranking officials within the Government of the State of Ventura. The unit’s primary mission is to provide continuous protection to the Governor and Lieutenant Governor, maintaining a constant security presence during all public appearances, official functions, and other authorized engagements. Members of the Security Detail Team are highly trained officers responsible for close protection, threat detection, and rapid response. Their primary duty is to remain in close proximity to the protected official, continuously monitor the surrounding environment for potential risks, and respond immediately and decisively to any emerging threats to ensure the official’s safety.
