We put in much effort for this team and so we appreciate if you could respect and follow our rules💕 Let’s just get into rules: #1: please respect all staff, students and others and be kind otherwise you will get a strike. #2: we have dress code, hair tied up and only wear black or blue training gear to practice. 👚 #3: If you are on the team please be active or you will be kicked off the team(it affects everyone) #4: Listen to coaches no talk be over them or they will make you run a lap around the gym🏃💨 #5: Take screenshots of the routine, this is important so you don’t forget and it’s responsibility #6: check group daily just in case times for practice changes!
