Description
The Hygeia Foundation was founded in 2019 after a man-made virus was created in the state of North Carolina. The Foundation was founded by former members of the CDC to monitor the infection rates of the virus as well as find a vaccine after the central government was in shambles. The Hygeia foundation has no military power, besides a small security team used to protect their research camps, and completely relies on partnered factions for protection from the harsh wastelands of what once was America.
