Description
The lGA Intelligence Directorate, also known as the Blackjacks, is the Global Authority's Intelligence Unit, that works for The Hosts. Unlike most of the Collaborators, including proxy governors and governor generals, their vehicles won't be checked at checkpoints because they have a special tag indicating they answer only to the Global Authority. They are referred to as 'Blackjacks' because of their black jackets.
