🎓 Bureau of Training & Discipline (BOT) 🎓 Welcome to the Bureau of Training & Discipline, the backbone of the New Orleans Police Department RP. This division is responsible for shaping recruits into skilled, professional officers and ensuring that all members uphold the highest standards of roleplay and conduct. 👮♂️ As a member of BOT, you will take on the responsibility of training new recruits, guiding officers through procedures, and maintaining discipline across the department. From hosting trainings to mentoring others, your role is essential to the success of NOPD. 📌 To join, you must be an active and dedicated member of the department and demonstrate strong knowledge of rules and procedures. To apply, you will need to fill out the application located under the open-positions tab in our communications server and successfully pass the application and trial process.
