🏯 Imperial Guard of Heian-kyō | 六衛府 🏯 The Efu are the sworn protectors of the Daidairi (Great Imperial Palace) and the physical embodiment of the Emperor’s divine will. While the nobility of the Kuge compose poetry and govern from the shadows, the Guard stands vigilant at the Vermilion Bird Gate, ensuring the "City of Peace and Tranquility" remains undisturbed. ⚔️ OUR MANDATE ⚔️ As a member of the Imperial Guard, your duties include: Manning the gates and walls of the Imperial Palace. Protecting the Emperor and High Nobles during processions. Assisting the Kebishi (Police) in maintaining law within the capital. Executing traditional drills and displays of military precision. ⛩️ PATH TO ENLISTMENT ⛩️ Aspirant: Catch the eye of a guard officer or the royal family. Recruit: Complete your basic training in archery, swordsmanship, and palace protocol. Eshi: Be formally inducted into one of the divisions and regiments.
