If u are mad or sad or both have a nap to calm down or tell somebody andd hopefully ur friend can make u feel batter :3 naver get mad over small problems if u think u cant do something just keep trying naver do anything bad get along naver fight always try to have a good day if u need somebody to talk to find a family member or a friend naver talk to a therapist they dont help talk to someone close to u somebody u trust and if u do something bad tell ur parents or family member what u did or a friend naver talk to strangers about ur problems if u are shy try to be less shy and talk more and if somebody is rude to u walk away and just ignore them if they wont stop tell a teacher or parent never talk behide somebodys back it is rude and it can hurt people even people close to u hope ur haveing a good day or night if its night for u and ur about to go to bed good night have a good sleep :3 remember always be nice to the people u love
