Site-416 | The Black Bargain The Black Bargain stands as the shield and voice of Class D personnel — protecting their interests, fighting for their rights, and pushing back against the oppressive grip of the SCP Foundation. Operating from the shadows, we negotiate, trade, and, when necessary, strike back with force to ensure survival and autonomy. Some of our goals are: Defending Class D members from exploitation and harm Securing advanced weapons and resources through trade and alliances Conducting strategic negotiations with factions like Chaos Insurgency and MC&D Spreading calculated chaos to disrupt Foundation control without losing sight of our cause "No Chains. No Masters. Only Bargains."
