Description

The United States Congress, established under Article I of Clockwork's United States Constitution, is the sole legislative body of CUSA. It consists of two sister chambers: the House of Representatives, led by the Speaker of the House, and the Senate, led by the President of the Senate who is also the Vice-President of the United States. Congress holds the exclusive power to enact legislation, approve Presidential appointments, and conduct investigations, including oversight on the government. Its core function is to represent the people by drafting, debating, and passing laws that affect their daily lives.
