Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, Unusual Incidents Unit (FBI UiU) is a division of the FBI dedicated to counteracting anomalous entities, items, groups, and events that occur within the borders of the United States or otherwise threaten the government and/or populace of the US. Despite their dire task, the UiU are critically underfunded and under-knowledged, due to the US federal government's reliance on the SCP Foundation and the Global Occult Coalition to maintain the Veil Protocol. The UiU is generally seen as what happens when a government attempts to cover the anomalous on a budget, being formed in the 1930s by J. Edgar Hoover the Director of the FBI. The unit had several massive wins throughout the cold war as a counter-unit to the Soviet Unions GRU-P, the GRU-P disappeared with the fall of the Soviet Union in the 90s, and with it the UiUs funding making it a miracle the US Federal Government hasn't shut it down yet.
