A 'Scouting Party' led by a Rouge/Ex-Desert Ranger. -------------------------------------- Motto: 'Vox tala!' ------------------------------------------------- Lore: An AU of the Courier has been contacted as beings known as the 'Zetans', and, after following intense mutations with Zetan DNA, has been told to study/ watch over the wastes. To help with this, the 'Zetans' sent their own troops, or 'Skirmishers', Human/Zetan clones. ------------------------------------------------------- Black-listed: CindersOfMemories | Phase: M.I.A. ------------------------------------------------------- We are not with FALLOUT, we are using the picture as a re-creational thing.
