Description
After the May 21st Incident at Pyongyang, the Peoples' Government of Korea created organized Paramilitaries and Militias to counter any corruption in the State's Government. In the case of any corrupt Premier or Supreme Command official that has power for unorthodox purpose, the People of Korea organized by the will of the right to create a Militia/Paramilitary, granted would rise up to overthrow and re-establish a fair and just Korean Government.
